High end espresso/coffee maker?

I am looking to invest in a high quality, stainless steel combination espresso/coffee brewing machine. Does anyone know what brands I should consider?
Dualit does not sell a combination espresso/coffe maker. Nice try though.

   If you want high end, then I suggest getting a dedicated unit. A separate espresso machine. Make your regular coffee with a press pot, or a siphon pot. I’m not really sure what you personally consider ‘high end’, there are machines that cost thousands, and adequate ones that cost hundreds. Bear in mind, the higher quality machine you purchase, the higher quality grinder you will also require. The high end grinder can also cost hundreds.
