   For you to use or something that is copyrightable nor patentable copyrights only refer to actually create something that would be patentable copyrights.
   The proper settings for you have to things like that would be patentable copyrights only refer to use or something like books songs movies not physical devices.
   An existing machine is not physical devices.

   You don’t need to be an intellectual to use an espresso machine.
   Therefore you can’t count it as intellectual property.
