[C] Never Gives Up. asked:
I’m a little confused. I believe that one shot would need about 1.7 fl. oz of water, but I don’t know how much coffee grinds (or espresso) grinds to use! I prefer to use coffee grinds instead because that’s what I have.
My machine did not come with measurements, only how to use the machine. Help!

I was given a used machine and would like to learn how to clean and use the espresso portion of it. There was no manual and I am not sure where to put the water. There are two chambers for water in the back. One for the coffee side and the other for the espresso. The espresso also has a chamber with a cover that you can open. Any help would be appreciated.

K’s Granny asked:
I do not have an espresso machine. Any ideas what I can use these for? I was thinking maybe cut open the pod and sprinkle the coffee over regular coffee in a drip maker to add a punch to regular coffee. Don’t really want to spend $200 plus for a special machine made for these, but don’t want to waste these. All ideas welcome! Thanks in advance!

TG3602006 asked: To make real espresso, do i have to buy espresso beans or can i just go to the local walmart and find one of their coffee grinding machines and then choose a bag of coffe beans from their selection and just grind it using the espresso setting ? can i just use any type of beans like a hazelnut roast
I have heard that its this simple but to use the darker roasts. not sure if thats true or not.

I am not a hard core coffee snob, so it needs to be really simple, and preferably on the lower price side, but I do want it to last a while and not be a piece of crap. Please give me a link to a site that tells me about it, or where I can buy one. Do you yourself have it?
I will give out the 10 BA points.
thanks xoxo
merry christmassssss
PLEASE GIVE LINK

Wendy F asked: I have a good cappuccino/espresso machine with 15 bars of pressure, and when I make an espresso the coffee itself is very hot. But once I steam the milk and add it to make a latte, it is just lukewarm and cools very quickly. What am I doing wrong? Should I be steaming the milk until it’s piping hot? I was told to steam it until the metal pitcher felt warm on the outside.
I suppose I could just nuke it when I’m done, but any other suggestions would be appreicated. Thanks! I can’t pay for Starbucks anymore and need this to work
